Refund policy
At Voidwear, every product is custom printed on demand, especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selected, change of mind, or personal preference. Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of every Voidwear product. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will replace it at no cost to you. To be eligible:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@voidwearfashions.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of the defect
- We will review and process a free replacement or full refund within 3–5 business days
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will send the correct item immediately at no charge.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
